    What will happen if I cancel my subscription before the 3-month or 6 month subscription plan ends?

    If you cancel your subscription during a current multi-month subscription plan, you will continue to receive The Handy Box shipments until the end of the 3-month or 6-month term.  Afterwards, your account will not be re-billed or renewed.


    One of the items in my box is missing/damaged. What should I do?

    In the rare event your Handy Box is missing an item or an item is damaged, Please contact Customer Support by emailing support@thehandybox.com or opening a support ticket.  Please click HERE to open a support ticket.

    Please contact us as soon as possible as our inventory changes frequently.  If we are unable to provide an identical replacement, we may offer a similar item of equal or greater value.

     


    When are The Handy Boxes shipped?

    The Handy Box will ship the last week of each month.


    What comes in The Handy Box?

    The Handy Box will include 3-5 different tools and gadgets each month.  


    When will I get my first box

    Orders placed before the 10th of the month will receive that month’s box. Orders placed after the 10th will receive the following month’s box. ie. If you place your order on April 12th, your first box will be shipped in May.


    I still haven't received my The Handy Box!

    The Handy Boxes begins shipping the last week of each month. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to be delivered. Check your tracking number to find the status of your The Handy Box delivery.

    If you haven't received your The Handy Box by the 30th of the month, please contact support@thehandybox.com.

    PLEASE NOTE: Subscriptions that are placed by the 10th of the month will ship the last week of that month. Orders placed after the 10th will ship the last week of the following month.


    What countries do you ship to?

    Currently, The Handy Box only ships to the United States.

    Note:  We're making preparations to ship worldwide.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
